AMCHAM in partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Malaysia, invites you to join us for a Breakfast Talk on Supply Chain Cyber Security in Penang on Monday, May 7 from 8.30am to 10.00am. Motorola Solutions has kindly agreed to host this session.

Dr. Rajni Goel is an Information Systems and Cyber-Security Professor from the School of Business of Howard University in Washington D.C.. Dr. Goel has extensive experience in developing cybersecurity curriculums in both the U.S. and India.

This talk in Penang is targeted specifically at companies in the manufacturing sector and how you can ensure that your cybersecurity framework is prepared for the evolving environment of SMACIT (social, mobile, analytics, cloud, and internet of things). This entails not only cybersecurity infrastructure but also operational best practices and how you communicate to your staff about the need to keep cybersecurity in mind on a day-to-day level. Dr. Goel will share her insights on how cybersecurity can be leveraged to your competitive advantage.

Attendance is free, on a first-come first-served basis and a light breakfast will be served. Please arrive earlier as you will need to go through registration and checks with security at Motorola. Please provide your I/C or Passport No in the Remarks column when you register for faster processing. We recommend that attendees carpool or arrive and depart by Grab as parking space is limited. If you'd like to request a parking space, please also provide your registration plate number in the Remarks column.
